•whip the egg whites until foamy then gradually add the sugar until stiff peaks form
•Gently fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture
•pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 20min at 180°C. Then let it cool - Mocha mousse: whip all the ingredients until stiff peaked form
- Once the cake is cooled, evenly spread or pipe the mocha mousse
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Now pour or drizzle the ganache over and serve!
